London, 5 November 2025 - Carbon is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Bright as Underwriting Director, effective 3 November, marking a key milestone in the acceleration of the company’s US growth strategy.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the Lloyd’s Property DUA market, where he’s developed and managed extensive US property portfolios in senior roles at TMK and, most recently, as Co-Founder and CUO at Adeptive LLP.
Building on Carbon’s exceptional growth from £15m to £320m in premium over the past five years, the company has long held ambitions to expand into the US market. With a strong and talented team, innovative technology, and the support of a successful recent capital raise, Carbon is now well positioned to build a robust expansion plan in the region.
