London, 6th January 2026 - Carbon is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Ince as Chief Operating Officer, effective 5th January 2026. In her new role, Rebecca will take responsibility for overseeing all day-to-day operations at Carbon, including the technology, data, operations, compliance, and risk teams.
Rebecca has 25 years of industry experience and joins Carbon from Dual International where she held the role of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to her time at Dual, Rebecca spent 18 years at Hiscox, where she ultimately held the roles of CFO and COO at Hiscox MGA. This experience has provided Rebecca with a detailed knowledge of operational efficacy, and a comprehensive understanding of the market.
Rebecca joins during a period of exceptional growth that has seen Carbon go from £15m to£320m in premium over the past five years. In her new role Rebecca will play a pivotal role in the continuation of Carbon’s success, and the execution of its growth strategy.
